Hello, my name is Scott Bramhall and I am the President of Air Advantage Heating and Cooling, Inc. Thank you very much for visiting our website! Our goal was to develop a site that was informative, easy to navigate and that ultimately serves your air conditioning needs. We are fast approaching our 10th year in business! This is very exciting to me because it tells me that the ideals that I started Air Advantage on, along with my business partner Steve Dial, were right on and that businesses can be successful doing things the right way. In that, I mean that we wanted to create a firm that did what they said they would do at a fair price and to always put honesty and integrity first.

Hi I'm Steve, one of two owners and service manager at Air Advantage.  First,I would like to thank you for taking the time to view our website.  Secondly, I would like to give you an insight of my duties here at Air Advantage.

You have my word about the conduct and the approach my service department has in handling your service call and all your needs.  Our goal is to keep you on schedule and cooling as fast as possible. We specifically designate one of our technicians in one zone from Naples to Cape Coral every day. Amber  Dial - Comfort Specialist

As a comfort specialist I:
• Meet with customers to assess their air conditioning needs. 
• Do an analysis on the customers A/C system. 
• Find the best system that not only fits within their budget but also meets their needs. 
• Find any and all available rebates to keep the customers invoice as low as possible. 
• Give the customer ample knowledge and information on different products available for better air quality in their home. 
• Order the equipment, schedule the manpower and COMPLETE all final paperwork. 
• STAY INTUNE WITH THE PROGRESS ON THE JOB AND FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE CUSTOMER 100%.
